Death Penalty

Change the way the death penalty is enforced. It's pretty simple. No one can be sentenced to die during their initial proceeding but if they commit murder in prison and convicted then they are immediately executed. We need to stop wasting money on people that don't care about conforming to society. That money should go to school, charity, or anything that helps people that can function in society. For those of you that will argue that wrongly accused people are sentenced to death. My solution will solve that because in theory someone that hasn't killed someone on the outside shouldn't kill someone on the inside.
