Death Penalty for Benjamin Taylor for the rape and murder of Emmaleigh Barringer with an immediate execution.

On October 3, 2016 Benjamin Taylor raped and assaulted 10 month old Emmaleigh Taylor resulting in her death. The mother Amanda Adkins woke up and realized Emmaleigh was nowhere to be found near her bed. She had then gone down to the basement, where she found her infant child “covered in blood and unresponsive. She had also discovered her boyfriend, Benjamin Taylor, shirtless with his pants unzipped, similarly covered in blood as he crouched over the dying child. Emmaleigh was assaulted hours before she arrived at the hospital and suffered extensive bleeding and physical trauma as the result of her sex assault. She also had a fractured skull and brain hemorrhaging from being violently shaken or hit.
