On behalf of Victoria Martens 10 year old girl from Albuquerque New Mexico who was brutally raped and murdered by her mother ,her mothers boyfriend and his cousin. Also on behalf of all victems of sexual predators. We the people of the United States of America ASK that the federal government and the White House take into consideration our concerns to enforce a law that States anyone who commits a sexual crime against a child be given life in prison without parole or the death penalty in States in which it is allowed.
