Death Penalty for the Rape of a Child.

For the penetration of a child's body in a circumstance with sexual innuendo or intent the punishment should be death. If the child is forced or cohersed to penetrate another with sexual innuendo or intent the punishment should be death. Penetration in any orifice with any object or body part. A child as defined by a person being 12yrs of age or younger. The punishment must be severe because pedophiles have a disposition which cannot be proven to be rehabilitated with prison. The emotional and physical damage to the child is lifelong therefore no prison sentence is comparable to the damage done. A death penalty sends a strong message to the community and gives justice to the victim. There is no need to overcrowd prisons with such persons that cannot be useful to society in the future.
