Death Penalty in the United States

Created by C.M. on January 30, 2013

Reinstate the Death Penalty in the United States in all murder cases that include a confession, or undeniable proof that a person is guilty.

Example; Aurora Colorado shootings. Gifford's shooting.

Allow one (1) appeal within 6 months of the guilty verdict. If no new evidence is found to prove innocence, execution is to take place within 24 hours after the appeal has concluded.

NO exceptions for mentally unstable, or mental anguish, etc.. Since there is no proof that a so called "cured" person will not re-offend.
