Debundle cable and satellite stations and offer ala carte.

My petition is to have cable companies and their carriers stop offering channels no one wants to watch or isn't interested in. We should have a choice in which stations we want to carry in our homes and not have bundled stations forced upon us. Offer legislation to let the consumer choose between ala carte or bundled channels. Why do we, as a consumer have to purchase packages from cable or satellite operators of which 50% of the channels are never viewed. By creating ala carte, unviewed channels or very low rated stations will be dropped and possibly better programming will arise in their place.
