Decentralizing while not dividing our great nation so that individual states have more governing power to better deal with state problems and desires. All the while relieving washington of a whole lot of responsibilities so it can focus on more crucial subjects such as foreign policy. States would ultimately decide their own laws, economic policies, and even weather or not their involved in a war effort.
