Decide that the "Making Work Pay" tax deduction is discrimination against retirees based on age.

Retirees have received only two cost of living raises in the last four years and the last one was very small. The making work pay tax deduction discriminates against retired people.
If anyone built this country, it is the retired people and now with baby boomers retiring, the government wants to turn it's back on them. There is talk in Washington of changing the way cost of living is figured to reduce government spending. It is all very obvious who all the politicians want to pay to reduce the nations debt and it's the retirees. Every group of people in this country is getting a benefit except the retirees which need it the most and those getting the benefit are those most able to pay more.
