Deciding Primary and Secondary Child Custody for Joint custody cases

All Judges shall rule as followed by the guidelines provided.

A) The "Primary Custodial Parent” shall be the parent that has a legitimate tax paying job and must be able to provide for the child in question. If both parents have legitimate tax paying jobs the parent that can provide the greatest financial needs shall be “Primary Custodian Parent”
B)The “Primary Custodial Parent” may not receive “Primary Custodial Parent status” at any time if “Primary Custodial Parent” in question is found unfit by the state the child lives in (Determined by the state).
C) “Primary Custodial Parent” shall Not be granted by any Judge to any parent that has never had a legitimate tax paying job or has not been employed for over an extended period of time.
