Decimate all Federal Government spending. Decimate, meaning cut out ten percent across the board to move forward.

Government spending has turned into a childish game of, don't cut me, don't cut thee, but cut that one behind that tree. Instead of cutting all funding for programs like Planned Parenthood, let us simply save billions by cutting ten percent of what we are already granting. All programs and people who receive grants from the government will have to get used to just ten percent less. A higher tax rate on the wealthiest Americans will not be enough to close the debt. Cutting spending little by little will help complete this Nation's looming money problem that is reaching 20 trillion.
