I do not think RAW has the reach and talent to pull off terror strikes within Pakistan. This, folks is the sad part. Pakistanis out here think every other bomb blast is RAW sponsored. If only you could know how utterly incompetent that agency is, you would know beyond doubt it has not the resources to carry out anything. What you need to fear is the Taliban.
