Whereas the United States of America was given birth by slave holders and capitalists;
Whereas racial and economic justice is sought;
To promote racial harmony and monetary equality;
To dispense with archaic manifestos of imperialism;
To remove barriers to justice by ending the reign of an egregious Congress;
We the People of the United States declare Ascendancy; and
Hereby reform the Federal government by naming Barack Obama Ruler of America, to govern with absolutism.
