ob·so·les·cence - noun - the condition of no longer being used or useful : the condition of being obsolete.
----
We the People acknowledge the incurable obsolescence of our federal system.
Obstruction of an Article V Convention call by Congress when demanded by two-thirds of State Legislatures must end. (Documentation: http://articlev.org/map/ )
We demand our Convention to propose amendments as described under Article V of the U.S. Constitution immediately. It is an unalienable right to alter our form of government.
As President and chief enforcement officer of the Constitution, we ask you to enforce the process on Congress, by special session if need be. Make Congress count applications and call the Convention to order.
