All combat service members will be entitled due process while exiting military
All returning veterans will be afforded a psychological diagnosis
No veteran shall be denied care from govt. facility
Military transition and employees of VA will be held accountable if they fail to comply with rules and regulations
All superiors directly involved with veterans transition will be held accountable
The government will have an active role in improving veteran relations with civilians
Service members will have option of a civilian lawyer for all matters
No service member or veteran shall be denied these rights due to race, religion, creed, gender and sexuality
To remove a veterans education benefit the process must go to court
Veterans should not have to disclose status for employment
