Declare 2013 a year of Jubilee (forgiveness) for all private and public debts held by natural persons in the U.S.

U.S. households are suffering under the weight of large amounts of debt, which has become a hindrance to social mobility for a majority of the population. Many people now inherit debt from their parents instead of inheriting wealth. Poverty has become generational. These problems have created a serious affront to achieving the American Dream. In the history of civilization, there have been jubilees to forgive debts. We need one in the United Stated, now.
