No one declares what the maximum amount of debt the USA can tolerate. The President as the Leader and a current advocate of raising the Debt ceiling must have a number corresponding to the maximum amount of debt that the United States can tolerate during his second term. This petition would require President Obama to publicly declare what the maximum dollar amount of the National (Federal) Debt the United States can tolerate.
