In the course of national events calamities will occur. Thankfully, the occupants of 740 Park Avenue have stepped forward and evidenced their magnanimous willingness to support job creation and have not shrugged their commitment to the trickle down theory of economic development. In recognition of their contributions, the United States declares them and their domicile to be a National Heritage. The date of the official declaration shall be known as Wackadoodle Dandy Day.
