We the People of a Free America declare the Obama administration to be tyranical and unconstitutional. By infringement on the Second Amendment by making dictator type moves to ban assault rifles and regulate weapons through the creation of a national database of gun registry this administration is in direct violation of the Second Amendment which by Constitutional Law can not be infringed upon and seeks to remove from us the right to bear and keep arms that are keyed to the defense of our homes and families from not only criminal elements but also from a tyranical government the likes of which we have before us now as clearly stated that the Second Amendment is set in stone to avoid. Let this petition serve as a warning to the federal government that We will never stand for tyrany!
