Declare all Americans to have the right to refuse to abide by any law that they can personally prove unconstitutional

With the signing of this petition and its passing would give Americans the right to refuse any executive order or law put in place by the Obama Administration that is deemed morally unconstitutional and/or can be proved unconstitutional. The right to refuse any executive order or law put into effect by the Obama Administration can not be infringed and is free of penalty as long as the individual does not cause harm or cause a harmful situation to others and/or limit the freedoms of other law abiding Americans. Signing this petition gives the American more freedom and rights to refuse any law that is deemed as a personal attack on ones freedoms in the beautiful nation. Thank you for your consideration.
