Declare all animal rights activists and environmentalists, especially PETA, domestic terrorists and enemies of humanity

For far too long humanity has been held captive by wacky environmentalists and animal rights activists. Groups like PETA masquarade as animal rights groups while simultaneously having a 95% kill rate for the animals they take in. Because of groups like this, everything from hunting to basic water use has been compromised by kooky legislation designed to restrict rights and force communities to move due to lack of resources. This is masked with feel good wording designed to fool the masses into supporting legislation that hurts the economy, the nation, and the people of the United States. I propose the labeling of such groups as enemies of humanity and potential domestic terrorists.
