What could be more patriotic than a day to celebrate our right as Americans to elect our leaders? This petition encourages The White House to push for bill that would declare all federal elections a National Holiday. We celebrate the labor movement, the sacrifice of our veterans, and the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Included in that tradition should be the celebration of the very act that allows our democracy to exist.
