A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This leaves little room for doubt as to the unlawful nature of all current gun laws, as well as any future gun laws. Any restriction infringes on the rights protected by the Constitution of the United States of America that all in office swore an oath to defend.
