Police and the judicial system have collaborated against the demonstrators by calling for disassembling without giving individuals time to disperse. They corral people like cattle and then use explosives and tear gas to disorient and confuse the crowd. Innocent bystanders are caught up in their dragnet also.
On the Judicial side, judges are urged to ban people for life from returning to the park, thus inhibiting their right to assemble.
We are a free country and a free people who are being dissuaded by the fear of the police and the courts from supporting our constitutional rights.
