Only the Federal Government may make law concerning immigration, as the Federal Government has told us many times. This was reiterated in recent court decisions.
Therefore, any sanctuary city, sanctuary site, sanctuary state, is operating outside the law. They should publicly be declared as anti government, and all federal funds withheld.
Anyone injured at any of these sites should be free to pursue legal redress.
