Declare all union contracts for government workers at all levels of government to be INVALID.

Continuing scandals involving government workers in multiple fields including education and the Veterans Administration have shown that government employe unions with their present level of power is totally contrary to the common good. It is good to have an organization to represent the workers, but to allow them to dictate to the management of the government agencies to the point where a bad employee can not have a salary reduction or be fired is totally intolerable. The US government should declare all union contracts with all levels of government to be invalid and should prohibit any such future contracts. The President should declare this by executive action. If it is not possible to legally cancel existing contracts, then future contracts should not be allowed.
