Declare all wealth generated in the United States as part of our country's national assets/treasure.

Declare all monies made in the U.S. regardless of source, ( business, stock market, bonds, etc.) to be part of our national assets. As such, it is illegal to take those assets and deposit them in foreign banks or offshore accounts. Allow one year moratorium to bring those assets home while incurring only a five percent penalty. After the moratorium, all assets still on deposit in foreign accounts will be confiscated by the treasury as U.S. assets. This will put hundreds of billions back into our economy working to create additional wealth.
