Declare any and all acts of violence committed in the U.S. an act of Terror.

This petition is to ask that President Obama and all branches in the United States Government declare all acts of violence committed in the USA acts of violence. Regardless of the victims race, class, gender, location of crime or residence, and religion. We feel the government ignores the terrorism being committed in America's inner cities because most of the victims are minorities or are of lower class. Violence in the USA should not be tolerated!!!
