When our founding fathers made the laws to govern this great country, Congress was put in place to represent the people. As our representatives, Congress should not be exempt from any laws that apply to any or all of the citizens they are there to represent.
This includes any and all laws dealing with taxes, healthcare and gun rights. As stated in our Declaration
of Independence...
"We hold these truths to be self evident, that ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, DERIVING THEIR JUST POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED."
