Declare April 20 a National Holiday, The Declaration of Marijuana Independence Day and to remove Marijuana from the CSA

We the People of the United States of America call on our President to Declare April 20 a National Holiday thus known as The Declaration of Marijuana Independence Day. We ask our President to take immediate action by April 20th 2016 and remove Marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act an Act signed into Law by President Nixon. In the same Declaration we ask our President to begin immediate release of Marijuana Prohibition Era Prisoners, to end Federal Marijuana Prosecutions and to end the Civil Drug War that has been waged upon the Good People of this Nation by it's own Government. We are asking our President to take these actions immediately and to announce this Declaration of Independence to the World on April 20, 2016. Thank you Mr. President
