Declare August 8th "National Movie Riffing Day" in the United States of America, along with the creation of the "National Riffing Award," awarded annually to individuals who have achieved excellence, success or have otherwise honored the medium through their actions. The Movie Riffing medium came into existence in the late 1980s, and since that time it has enriched our popular culture and the movie watching experience immensely. It inspires people to be better than they are and elevates films which would have otherwise been forgotten into our cultural consciousness.
