Due to recent events-alongside of the threats that have been publicly made concerning all American citizens of white race, it has now become necessary to recognize the current radical group known as "Black Lives Matter," as a hate group.
By definition, a hate group is "an organized group or movement that advocates and practices hatred, hostility, or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, nation, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other designated sector of society."
It is correct to determine that this group does, in fact, meet the standard-by way of known violence, criminal activity such as inciting riots, threats to American civilian lives, and threats to American police officers, and by attempting to disrupt lives by causing fear.
