Members of Congress all swore to uphold the Constitution. Willfully blocking consideration of Supreme Court appointments is obstructionism. Willfully obstructing consideration of a potential appointment of a Supreme Court Justice is the ultimate 'Obstruction of Justice.'
Therefore let it be deemed that by their blocking consideration they are acting not only against the best interests of expedient and effective government, and even more importantly, governmental Justice, but are acting against the nation's interests in a manor sufficiently Treasonable to justify their removal from office for willful acts violating their oaths of office to uphold their sworne Constitutional duties.
