Declare Chicago, New Orleans, Washington D.C. and Detroit to be no longer part of the USA to lower gun violence.

If Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans and Washington DC were eliminated from the USA, the murder rate for the country would drop for the 3rd highest in the world to the 4th lowest. Note these are also four of the cities with the toughest gun laws. In one fell swoop we can make the USA much safer, by declaring these cities their own sovereign states and fencing them off from the rest of us.
