Christmas Eve 2013 falls on a Tuesday. Please declare Christmas Eve 2013 a Federal Holiday. Holiday travel is hazardous enough, and if Christmas Eve was a Holiday, this would allow people more time to get to be with their family and loved ones.
Furthermore, less and less quality time is being spent amongst family especially during the Holidays.This, once again, would allow for more time with family and loved ones.
