Declare - clearly and unequivocally - that the U.S. government may not use drones to kill U.S. citizens on U.S. soil.

The people of the United States have, in our Constitution, definitively established that the government may not deprive a citizen of his or her life without first providing due process of law.
Despite this guarantee, the Dept. of Justice has taken the position that under certain circumstances a President may order the killing of a U.S. citizen on foreign soil without that citizen having been charged or proven guilty of any crime. This raises the question of whether the current administration believes it may order the killing of a U.S. citizen located within the United States without first charging the citizen with a crime and proving their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
Please make clear that the government may not kill U.S. citizens on U.S. soil without due process.
