Declare that Cleveland Indians owner Larry Dolan must extend the contract of pitcher Justin Masterson.

We the people of Cleveland, Ohio would like to see our star starting pitcher, Justin Masterson, back in an Indians uniform for many years to come. He has just one year remaining on his contract and has openly stated that he would like to continue to pitch in Cleveland and remain an Indian. He even went as far as to offer owner Larry Dolan a "hometown discount" and is willing to take less money to play in Cleveland than he would anywhere else. Even with this discount, Dolan decided to end negotiations. The fans of Cleveland sports have had to deal with enough heartbreaks and we feel that we deserve to have a team and owner that cares about our opinion and having a good, championship-caliber team, which is impossible without an ace leading our pitching rotation.
