Declare Comcast as a Monopoly

In 1911 The US Government broke up the Oil monopoly, now were dealing with 2014 and the internet, 99% of america has access to Comcast. 15% has only that option. they are targeting the internet. To some throttling isn't a big deal, but to others it is just extra unneeded fees and it is technically illegal. Small businesses will be targeted by Comcast if they are in their crosshairs. Comcast is after the internet, and it will not stop unless we do something.
