Declare Congress Non-Essential Congress has become a nonessential department they no longer work for the people

Congress has failed to do the job we elected them to do. Thus they are non-essential employees in a non essential department. The rest of the departments can function indepently as they do nornally. Don't continue to pay congerss for not working! Congress needs to stay home with no pay. Departments that provide services to the people should stay open. Those that do not, including congress, must be included in the government shut down. Send congress home!!
