With the level of illegal gun violence that criminal gangs terrorize and kill law abiding, unarmed, citizens in their "turf wars", the Federal government should declare that membership in and support of any criminal gang, is an act of domestic terrorism and subject to all anti terrorism statutes and laws.
If we cannot put these criminals away at the municipal and state levels, who plea bargain the sentences down to move through the "system quickly, the Federal goverment must take control and end the fear that pervades in our cities, towns and communities.
