China has either lost control over their network, and clueless to thousands of attacks being executed to their cyber firm. Or they are carrying out operations to hack private and government American organizations.
Proposal:
Openly declare a Cyber-war against China, with the goal of the following:
1. Exploit their security, and introduce / intern with Computing Science students to better strengthen our military.
2. Figure who all the specific hackers are, and disable their systems
Governments, and societies are fragile and these Chinese hackers are trying to make use of that.
