DECLARE DECEMBER 15 2012 AS "BILL OF RIGHTS DAY"

WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST that President Obama proclaim Dec.15th, 2012 as "Bill of Rights Day" in recognition of when the first ten Amendments went into force on that day in 1791, those we refer to today as the “Bill of Rights;” AND
WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST that President Obama encourage readings and discussions in schools, libraries, and other public places across the nation in the days leading up to Bill of Rights Day; AND
WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST that President Obama encourage all Americans, civilian and military, to simultaneously ring bells (civic, church, and those of ordinary citizens) for one minute starting at 3PM Eastern Time and adjusted accordingly for time zones across the nation and around the world, in honor of Bill of Rights Day, from sea to shining sea. Long May Freedom Ring!
