December 15, 1791 is the second most important day in our nation's history. Coming in directly after July fourth, the day our founding fathers declared independence from the tyrannical rule of Britain. Our Bill of Rights deserves its own holiday as a celebration of our American liberties, and freedoms. Our rights are self-evident, inalienable, and should be celebrated as such.
