Allow civil servants and government contractors to have a holiday the 2 days following Christmas. This year has been horrible with government shutdowns and sequestration. Many contractors were forced to take leave without pay during the shutdown and use all their vacation. This prevents many people from spending time with their families during the holiday season. Please help by giving back to the people that work hard every day in an environment that is susceptible to political turmoil.
