Dr. Taitz, Russian born, has tied up the courts with petition after petition. She has called the President a black liar, she has suggested that the President is bisexual and has made serious threats against him and our democracy. She has yet to win a case and conducted execution of subpoenas without proper jurisdiction and has been fined at least twice for her antics.
