Declare the Drug Cartels as a threat to National Security, and use proper force to deter that threat.

The president should declare the drug cartels a threat to national security in an effort to secure our borders and the American way of life and future. By declaring them a threat to national security we could use sufficient force in controlling that threat and maintaining our national security.
