Declare each future US President should have a 2nd-term black woman Sec-of-State named Rice (á la Condi and Susan).

If Susan Rice becomes the next Secretary of State, this great nation will have started a streak of black women named Rice appointed to the office in the 2nd term of a sitting President. The Obama administration must do everything in its power to ensure that future Presidents follow in this great tradition.
