This petition is meant to reserve the use of tax dollar money to directly benefit the citizens of the United States until the Economic Crisis has ended. During this Economic Crisis, tax dollar money
SHALL NOT be used to support foreign nations, foreign subsidies, tariffs, or ANY program on foreign soil that does not directly benefit at least 10 % of the US population.
