to improve the United states electoral college of the United states by changing it to a three party voter system based on proportional representation to get all third and independent party on all ballots in every government and state election and have all parties included in all presidential debates and govonor debates and also to declare a serprme court ruling that are two party system is unconstitutional and direct violation to the constitution and effect civil rights of those who may want to for state and national office who are not a member of the republican or democrat party and should include other candidates from other party like the electoral college in Europe where they include all parties on voting ballets
