With Osama Bin Laden dead, the war in Iraq over, and a long term security agreement with Afghanistan in place - it is time that the president declared victory in and an end to the war on terror. The president should then announce a set of visible measures to move us off a footing of heightened security and highlight our traditional values of freedom, bravery and liberty.
