In a country so divided on so many issues it is time for us to be united on something that has been ignored for so long. Since most Americans speak English over half of the individual states have already listed English as their official language.
All official documents, records, legislation and regulations, as well as hearings, ceremonies and public meetings should be conducted solely in English, with some common sense exceptions.
